FireOnIce uses FEDEX as a primary service carrier to deliver products right to your door. Delivery services available through FEDEX are Ground, 3-Day Select, 2nd Day Air and Next Day Air Saver. FEDEX orders are waived from delivery signature unless otherwise instructed. Please allow 7-10 business days for order processing plus applicable shipping time before your order is delivered. Upon shipment of your order, you should receive an e-mail with a tracking number of the package(s). You can track your package by visiting www.FEDEX.com.
